Lineup Prediction Sweepstakes – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Cotton Fest Lineup Prediction Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Cotton Fest, operated by Cotton Fest, LLC with a principal place of business at [Sponsor Address] (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at Tuesday, January 13 and ends at Sunday, January 18 at 10pm CST (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants must:
- Visit CottonFestLBK.com/LineupSweeps
- Complete the official Cotton Fest Lineup Prediction entry form, including required contact information
- Submit predictions for artists they believe will appear on the official Cotton Fest lineup
Limit one (1) entry per person/email address for the duration of the Sweepstakes. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified.
No purchase is required to enter or win.
5. How Winners Are Determined
Judging Criteria
After the official Cotton Fest lineup is announced, eligible entries will be reviewed and scored based on:
- Number of correct artist predictions matching the official lineup
- Each correctly predicted artist counts as one (1) point
The entrant(s) with the highest total score will be deemed potential winner(s).
Tie-Breaker
In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by one or more of the following methods, at Sponsor’s sole discretion:
- Earliest timestamp of entry
- Random drawing among tied entries
- Additional tie-breaker question or prompt (if applicable)
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.
6. Prizes
Grand Prize:
- Two (2) High Cotton VIP passes to Cotton Fest 2026
- A Backstage tour
- A Cotton Fest Merchandise package
- Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $750.00
Runner-Up Prize(s):
- Two (2) GA weekend passes
- ARV: $200.00
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.
7. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form within 7 days of lineup announcement. Winners must respond within [48–72] hours of notification to claim their prize.
Failure to respond within the allotted time may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Publicity Release
By accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, city/state, and entry content for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
- Technical failures of any kind
- Unauthorized human intervention
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at [privacy policy URL]. Information will be used solely for Sweepstakes administration and marketing communications unless otherwise disclosed.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, X, or any other social media platform on which it may be promoted.
